KravveQuotes is software that helps contractors create estimates, track jobs, capture receipts, generate PDFs and tax reports, and use optional AI assistance. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You must be at least 18 and provide an accurate email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email (used for sign-in) secure. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel anytime via the in-app billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Plan features and prices may change with notice. Free-plan usage limits apply as described in the app.
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls; reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or use the AI features to generate misleading or illegal content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the data you enter (clients, jobs, photos, receipts, notes). You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload, including any client personal information. See our Privacy Policy.
The Service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), and OpenAI (AI features). When you use AI features, the relevant input is sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' terms.
Estimates, totals, AI suggestions, and tax reports produced by the Service are tools to assist you. They are not professional, financial, tax, or legal advice, and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and standing behind any quote, price, or report you send to a client or tax authority.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data beforehand.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
