To provide and operate the Service: store and sync your jobs across your devices, generate PDFs and reports, power AI features you request, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, and provide support.
When you use an AI feature (voice estimator, suggestions, follow-up drafting, receipt reading), the relevant text or image is sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Per OpenAI's API policy, data sent via their API is not used to train their models. Do not enter information you are not authorized to share.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details; Stripe handles card data under its own security and privacy terms. We store a Stripe customer identifier and your plan status.
Data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage) and the app is hosted on Netlify. Access is protected by row-level security so each account can only access its own data, and files are stored in a private bucket scoped to your account. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can export your data from the dashboard at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact [support@kravvequotes.com]; we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal or tax purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them. We do not sell your personal information.
The Service is for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
